Fees and Payments:

Nutrition of Nashville initial services are set up as package purchases.  All packages and appointments must be paid in full via the encrypted payment services on www.nutritionofnashville.com, prior to scheduling.  Nutrition of Nashville utilizes an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and HIPPA compliant platform that facilitates payment processing, form and document signatures, and scheduling/canceling of appointments.  It is called, “Healthie”. This is your personalized dashboard (while the package is active, please see follow ups for maintaining access) to conveniently and confidentially message with me and log intake health metrics, biometric measurements, as applicable to your package.  Follow up visits are recommended once packages are complete. All packages and visits are non-refundable.  All scheduling (booking and cancelling) will be managed by the client on the Healthie portal.  Nutrition of Nashville does not accept insurance or file insurance claims.  All services are self-pay only. 

DUE TO NEW FEDERAL REGULATORY CHANGES, THE LABORATORY CHARGES A SEPARATE FEE TO DRAW YOUR BLOOD. FEES ARE TYPICALLY $35, BUT COULD BE UPWARDS OF $50. YOU WILL PAY THESE DIRECTLY TO ANY LAB TEST NOW AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

micronutrient TESTING

Laboratory order, the draw kit, and instructions will be mailed to you if you purchase your package via my website.

You will be sent an email to set up your client login (powered by “Healthie”), if you are not currently a client of Nutrition of Nashville. Please complete the required paperwork before while you wait to receive your information in the mail.

Included in your testing is one 45-minute appointment to review the results and go over recommendations

Estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.  You will receive an email when your results are ready, and you may log into your client portal to schedule this visit at this time.

Appointments: 

My packages and services are set up for clients age 18 and over only.  Due to specialized testing requirements, I cannot see patients who are pregnant or nursing. My office is not conducive to children, and children are not allowed to be left unattended in the common areas and/or hallways, so please make prior arrangements.

Please note these sessions are spaced according to the needed time frame for the return of test results and to allow for appropriate engagement in the nutrition profile process.

Cancellations:

I value and respect your time as a client of Nutrition of Nashville.  I ask the same consideration is given in return.  A 48-hour cancellation is required.  This must be done via the Healthie scheduling calendar.  Due to limited appointments, I charge a $75 cancellation fee, which will automatically be charged to your card on file if your appointment is not cancelled within the 48-hour window and for all no shows.
